Shade began attending Faith Harbor in 2004 and became a member in 2008. He has served on the stewardship, hospitality, welcome and worship committees and was president of the Faith Harbor UMC men’s group for three years. Shade has been involved in many church fundraisers, serves as an usher on a regular basis, and became facilities manager in 2010.
Shade grew up in Ohio. He has two daughters, four grandsons, three granddaughters, two great-grand daughters and one great grandson. Shade is thankful to have been married to his beautiful wife Rachel for 42 blessed years
